Project Overview
As part of the Strategic Design team at Attentive, we operated like an in-house creative agency, partnering closely with over 2,000 leading brands — including Disney, MLB, Coach, and HOKA. Our role was to deeply understand each brand’s identity, audience, and goals to design on-brand, high-performing sign-up experiences that would serve as the first touchpoint for new customers.
These sign-up units were often the first impression users had when landing on a brand’s site, making it essential to craft visually compelling and conversion-driven designs that reflected the brand’s personality. Using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, I created mockups for client review and feedback, and upon approval, built the experiences directly in Attentive’s platform.
For enterprise clients requiring deeper customization, I wrote custom HTML and CSS to bring bespoke requests to life — ensuring every design remained both visually stunning and WCAG-compliant for accessibility. This close, collaborative model allowed us to act as true creative partners to each brand, delivering tailored, high-impact marketing experiences at scale.
